Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"), which provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations to which Stop e-Motion Days is bound. 1. Data Controller Dear Sir/Madam, We wish to inform you that Stop e-Motion Days is the Data Controller of the personal data collected, pursuant to and for the purposes of the "GDPR" which provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data. 2. Data Protection Officer (DPO) The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Stop e-Motion Days. 3. Purpose of Processing The personal data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for the purposes related to the accreditation of Stop e-Motion Days. We may also ask for your consent to process your personal data for specific purposes that we will communicate to you. When you consent to our processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, you may withdraw your consent at any time, and in that case, we will cease to process your data for that purpose. 4. Methods of processing and storage. Processing will be carried out automatically and/or manually, in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR and in compliance with the provisions of Article 29 of the GDPR. We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 1 of the GDPR, subject to your free and explicit consent, expressed at the bottom of this Policy, your personal data will be retained by Stop e-Motion Days, with registered office in Venice, for the purposes for which they were collected and processed. 5. Scope of communication and dissemination We inform you that, as a rule, the data collected will never be disseminated or shared without your explicit consent, except for necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public bodies, consultants, or other parties for compliance with legal obligations. 6. Transfer of personal data Your data will not be transferred to European Union member states or to third countries outside the European Union. 7. Existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling. Stop e-Motion Days does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, pursuant to Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4 of the GDPR. 8. Rights of the data subject. At any time, pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the GDPR 2016/679, you may exercise the right to request from the Data Controller access to, rectification, or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of processing of such data. Likewise, you may exercise your right to object to the processing. You may exercise your rights by sending a written request to Stop e-Motion Days, either to the registered office address or to the email address indicated above.
